  • Work Schedule: 3 days per week, typically from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling
  • Call Requirements: Approximately 8 nights of on-call duty per month, with flexibility
  • Patient Care: Average of 12 well-child visits per day
  • Team Structure: Collaborate with a team of 2 physicians and 1 mid-level provider
  • Support Staff: Each physician is assigned a Medical Assistant, along with 2 front desk personnel and 1 office manager
  • Facility Resources: Each provider has access to 2 examination rooms
  • Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of Athena EMR system
  • Required Skills: Proficiency in outpatient pediatric procedures
  • Licensure: Active New Jersey medical license required
  • Certifications: Board certification is mandatory; BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred
