Explore Your Future:
As a Controls Systems Designer, you will work under direct supervision to create hardware designs and software programming for HVAC control systems that align with project specifications.

Your Responsibilities:
- Utilize standard design libraries to select hardware for flow diagrams, operational sequences, material lists, network layouts, and electrical schematics as needed.
- Conduct software programming based on established design standards.
- Coordinate the development of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submissions and installations.
- Manage the selection, ordering, and tracking of materials for assigned projects.
- Oversee factory-mounting processes to adhere to project timelines.
- Assist in the loading and commissioning of system and network-level controllers as required.
- Validate complete system functionality and troubleshoot issues with subcontractors and other trades to ensure optimal operation.
- Document field changes and create as-built drawings and software.
- Prepare appropriate documentation and manuals for system operation.
- Keep management and relevant stakeholders informed of job progress and challenges.
- Conduct site-specific training for owners/operators on the complete system.
- Complete necessary paperwork including time sheets and expense reports.
- Adhere to safety standards with a strong focus on employee and subcontractor safety.
- Collaborate with project owners to define engineering and field execution responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven technical aptitude and advanced computer skills.

Preferred:
- Experience in installing and/or commissioning control systems, including system-level controllers.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
