As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to review and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments.
• Processing incoming invoices and serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers regarding payment inquiries or reminders.
• Managing all administrative tasks related to accounts payable, including adding new bank details for suppliers and reviewing and updating supplier accounts.
• Utilizing your analytical skills to ensure accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.
• Providing exceptional customer service to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Staying up-to-date with financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
