Key Responsibilities

Lifepoint Health seeks a skilled Rehab Technician to join our team in Surfside, California. As a key member of our rehabilitation staff, you will be responsible for carrying out individualized restorative programs designed by Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Speech Pathologists.

  • Communicate residents' conditions and prevent neglect, abuse, and violations of rights and privacy through accurate and timely documentation and reporting.
  • Sanitize whirlpool tubs and showers used in restorative therapy, and assist residents with ambulation and transfer as needed.
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required, while 6-12 months of relevant experience in a rehab setting is highly recommended.
  • CPR certification is necessary when required.
  • The ability to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and materials up to 50 lbs on a regular basis is essential.
