Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced RN Resident to join our team as a Nurse Resident - Critical Care and Telehealth Specialist. This role will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and work collaboratively to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in critical care and telehealth settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, prioritizing patient needs and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one to two years' experience as a registered nurse in a critical care or similar setting.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (AD, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Job-specific certifications or licenses, as outlined in the job description.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $83,000 - $103,000 per year, based on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
