About the Role

BTI is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support circuit orders, billing and telco management in Upper Marlboro, MD. This is a remote position with a long-term contract with Veterans Affairs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Telecommunication Provisioning Business Offices to facilitate activations' management actions, projects, initiatives, and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the life cycle of a data provisioning and telco circuit order.
  • Provide project coordination and administration support to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support the installation of circuits and facilitate communications with vendors and senior leadership.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive framework for telecommunications' circuit management at the Enterprise level.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the circuits' inventory to ensure optimization of capabilities and costs.
  • Produce reports, diagrams, recommendations, and metrics to provide clarity to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective and ongoing management at the Enterprise level for the portfolio of wireless technology capabilities deployed throughout the field.
  • Collaborate with business function team members to accomplish assignments, projects, and problem resolution.
  • Develop and implement SOPs regarding telecommunications designed ranging from Local redundant access to transport path diversity.

Requirements:

  • Strong MS Office and Excel expertise is critical.
  • US Citizen that can pass a Public Trust type background check and willing to sign a NDA.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and accountability, be a good communicator, and self-directed team player.
  • At least 5 years working as a Project Coordinator supporting circuit orders, billing and telco mgmt.

Estimated Salary:$95,000 per year based on experience.
