Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of job sites upon completion, ensuring that all work meets established standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with Account Managers regarding daily operations, progress updates, and any necessary adjustments to schedules or tasks.
  • Ensure proper loading and securing of tools, equipment, and supplies on company vehicles before and after each workday.
  • Promptly report and document all accidents or incidents, regardless of severity, to maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate equipment issues or damages to Account Managers promptly to facilitate timely repairs and maintenance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance, with a demonstrated ability to lead and supervise crews effectively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey instructions and expectations to team members.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
