**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time People & Culture Administrator to join our team at Primark. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and supporting the growth and development of our colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Store Management Team and the Store P&C Business Partner, ensuring the delivery of people-related activities in-store.
  • P&C Administration: Cover all areas of P&C administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, talent and succession, employee relations, engagement, and well-being.
  • Colleague Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date colleague records in accordance with federal and local regulations.
  • Commercial Performance: Develop an understanding of store commercial performance and customer experience.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Deliver against company expectations and policy, ensuring good governance and best practice is in place, compliance with regulations, and mitigation of risk to the business.
  • Learning and Development: Support the delivery of core learning programs and mandatories.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on activities and maintain KPIs.
**Requirements**
  • Experience: Previous experience working as a P&C Administrator or similar role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of local employment legislation and best practice.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to be flexible and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective and persuasive communication.
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in developing commercial acumen.
