We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Math Education Specialist to join our team at Mathnasium.

About the Role

As a Math Education Specialist, you will be responsible for teaching math concepts to students in grades K-12, using our proprietary curriculum and teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach math concepts to students in grades K-12, using our customized learning plans.
  • Assist students with homework completion and provide additional support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in math education.
Requirements
  • Math proficiency up to Algebra is required. Proficiency through Geometry and Calculus is preferred.
  • Exceptional score on Mathnasium's Math Literacy exam (material from 2nd grade and up).
  • Availability for at least 2 weekday shifts.
  • Clear record on a state and national background check.
