About the Role

As a Tax Advisor with Block Advisors, you will play a key role in helping individuals and small businesses navigate their tax needs. With a focus on building strong client relationships, you will provide expert tax preparation, audit support, and planning services year-round.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tax preparation and planning services to clients

Conduct tax interviews face-to-face and virtually using video conferencing, phone, chat, and email

Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and increase client retention

Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

5+ years of tax experience

Experience completing individual tax returns

Tax planning and audit support experience

Ability to effectively communicate in person and virtually

Comfort working with virtual tools, including video conferencing and chat

Experience working in a fast-paced, supportive environment
