Key Responsibilities- Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes related to functional areas of expertise.
- Lead the design and review of existing or new functionality/configuration with technical and functional resources at all levels.
- Understand project scope and details, identifying resource needs for tasks or assigned areas of responsibility.
- Manage multiple, parallel projects/tasks using exceptional organizational and time management techniques to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Guide and provide thought leadership on how skillset and capability can help resolve client needs, actively participating in all phases of the Workday life cycle.
- Monitor task progress against plan, reporting status to leadership on project issues.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, communicating client feedback to leadership as appropriate.
- Suggest improvements and proactively address issues, answering inquiries by established deadlines.
- Demonstrate knowledge relating to Workday functional areas and participate in training and development initiatives to stay current with trends and practices.
- Contribute to knowledge management capital through activities such as sharing documented lessons learned, Q&A, documented deliverables, and posting best practices and knowledge sharing information to the internal info sharing site.
- Understand quality standards for own work and monitor and manage work of team members, providing feedback as appropriate.
- Complete assigned tasks in prescribed timelines consistent with deliverables and seek support and direction as needed.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills.
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
- Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
