Mary Free Bed at Home is seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our extraordinary care team. As a Home Health RN, you will lead and collaborate with our team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans, grounded in our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment.

In partnership with Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital, Mary Free Bed at Home is an accredited recognized leader in home health, delivering industry-leading therapy and nursing expertise and services that exceed national benchmarks throughout the West Michigan service area.

Requirements
  • RN license in the state you work.
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.
  • Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule.
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
