Job Summary

As a key member of the CNM team, the Workstudy/Financial Aid Coordinator plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to prospective students and visitors. This dynamic individual will serve as the first point of contact for the department, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who interact with the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, greeting and directing visitors, and routing telephone calls with ease.
  • Coordinate daily activities of the front desk, including maintaining key inventory, database management, and data entry with precision.
  • Perform a range of administrative tasks, including word processing, business correspondence, and document preparation.
  • Track and file office documents, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Offer backup support to other office staff as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Assist with day-to-day activities involving protected health information, including employee claims, benefits coordination, and health claim status determination.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, with successful enrollment in a degree program.
