Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage patients by assessing their needs and evaluating their condition.
  • Formulate nursing diagnoses and prioritize treatment based on medical and nursing diagnoses.
  • Provide discharge instructions and ensure patients understand and follow them.
  • Care for major trauma patients and administer medications as needed.
  • Chart and record accurately the use of medications and IV procedures.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Licensed RN in the state of Ohio within 120 days of hire.
  • Emergency Nurse certification preferred.
