Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and employee stock purchase plan.

Job Description

This Home Health RN role involves providing coordinated skilled nursing care to patients of all ages, assessing their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to establish and achieve patient goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of home health or acute hospital nursing experience and be familiar with Medicare home health regulations and documentation requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Minimum of one year of home health, public nursing, or acute hospital nursing experience
  • Familiarity with Medicare home health regulations, documentation requirements, ICD-10 coding, and PPS (Strongly preferred)
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid automobile liability insurance
  • Valid driver's license
  • Current BCLS Certification prior to providing patient care
