Containerization Specialist

Location: Somerset, NJ

Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm | 3rd shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am

Multiple openings Seeking experienced Manufacturing professionals with a passion for Encapsulation and quality assurance. As a key member of the Joulé team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency in our state-of-the-art facilities.

About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Encapsulation Operator to join our team at our Somerset, NJ facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery that encapsulates materials, ensuring high-quality products while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate encapsulation machinery with precision and attention to detail.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and improve workflows.
4. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Encapsulation operations.
• Strong understanding of quality control and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits:

Joulé offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
