Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all employees and set clear objectives.
  • Hire qualified personnel according to company standards.
  • Organize and coordinate operations, allocate responsibilities for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and expenses, analyze and report financial information.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hotel services.
  • Communicate with customers when necessary.
  • Resolve maintenance, equipment and renovation issues.
  • Collaborate with external entities, including suppliers, vendors, event planners and travel agencies.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections, uphold health and safety standards.
