Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a large, closed-loop cellular telecommunications network and the end devices connected to it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and technical expertise for networks and end devices, including cell phones, hotspots, laptops, and wireless cards.
  • Monitor and report hardware, software, and network services issues and failures, utilizing testing tools and techniques for cellular network and cellular end devices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure network uptime.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve network performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Possess an active US Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of five years of experience as a network administrator or similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in cellular networks, including software, hardware, and operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of engineering practices and technical knowledge to solve cellular network and end device problems.
  • Ability to work in austere environments.
