Solar Panel Installation Specialist

We are seeking experienced solar installers to work on a large commercial solar farm project in Pennsylvania. This is a contract position with a duration of 8 weeks, with the potential to extend longer.

• Install solar panels on a ground-mounted commercial solar farm
• Operate an off-road forklift to transport materials
• Perform tasks such as staging materials, throwing glass, and setting panels
• Work in a production environment with a strong focus on teamwork and problem-solving

• 2-4+ years of experience in solar panel installations
• Ability to operate an off-road forklift
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to work overtime
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
