Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, implementing, facilitating, evaluating, and revising educational programming for all levels of nursing personnel and non-nursing personnel.
Under the guidance of the Market Education Director, you will collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff across departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing comprehensive education programs for nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and in-services.
You will also be responsible for providing consultation to enhance continuing education, professional development opportunities, and mentorship opportunities. Additionally, you will deliver and coordinate other educational programs as directed, such as Grand Rounds, in-services, continuing education, job-specific, and specialty curricula.
As a Registered Nurse Educator, you will serve as a facilitator to nurse residents and actively mentor and support their growth in the profession and clinical practice. You will participate in continuing education provider unit learning and evaluate nursing education activities that qualify for continuing education credit.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive education programs for nursing staff
- Collaborate with facility/market nursing leadership and staff across departments

Requirements:
- Master's degree in nursing or related field
- Five years of clinical nursing experience, with at least two in area of specialization
- Experience in the teaching and learning process
- Registered nurse licensed to practice in Commonwealth of MA
- BLS, ACLS
- Certification in clinical specialty required
Working Conditions:
Occasional pressure due to calls, classes, and projects
Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce.
