About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of current L&D experience and be certified in BCLS, ACLS, and NRP. In this role, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and analyzing data to identify expected outcomes for patients
- Developing and prioritizing patient care plans to attain measurable goals
- Implementing interventions and evaluating results, particularly for Critical Care patients
- Identifying educational needs and implementing patient/family education
- Demonstrating critical thought and judgment in delivering care related to Critical Care patients
- Delivering medications based on continual assessment, safety, and evaluation of patient response
