We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Fitness Instructor for Children's Gymnastics at Metro Stars Gymnastics.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children by teaching them the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive classes, providing personalized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills, and developing lesson plans that foster growth and development in our young gymnasts.

Responsibilities:
  • Class Instruction: Lead dynamic and enjoyable gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
  • Instruction and Feedback: Provide personalized guidance and constructive feedback to help students build confidence and master new skills.
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our gymnasts.
  • Safety and Inclusivity: Create a safe and welcoming environment, ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of all participants.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate training sessions and events.
  • Customer Service: Build strong relationships with students and their families, providing exceptional service and support.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • No prior coaching experience in gymnastics is necessary – we offer comprehensive training and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students and their families in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • A passion for working with children and creating a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.
