Job Description
As an Operations Manager at Love's, you will assist and oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leading a team, managing processes, and executing strategies to grow sales and meet organizational goals. You will be responsible for hands-on management of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care. Additionally, you will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular safety checks and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
  • 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+million.
  • 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
  • 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
