Job Overview

RIDENOW POWERSPORTS is seeking a reliable and sociable Motorcycle Lot Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the movement and arrangement of motorcycles within our display area and lot.

The role involves various merchandising activities to prepare motorcycles for presentation and sale, including cleaning and maintaining vehicles, ensuring our facility remains visually appealing, and supporting operational tasks such as receiving shipments and deliveries.

The ideal candidate for the Motorcycle Lot Coordinator position enjoys being active throughout the day and is a collaborative team member willing to assist with any necessary tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely maneuver motorcycles in and out of the lot on a daily basis
  • Organize motorcycles in the showroom and outdoor display area
  • Assist in marking sold units for customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the showroom and facility
  • Thoroughly wash and detail motorcycles to prepare them for customer pickup or delivery
  • Complete all pre-delivery inspection checklists accurately
  • Receive parts and equipment deliveries as needed
  • Ensure the lot and showroom are tidy and well-kept
  • Support additional tasks as required

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an automotive or powersports dealership is advantageous
  • Capable of handling large, heavy motorcycles (some weighing up to 850 pounds)
  • Motorcycle endorsement and riding experience are preferred
  • Ability to engage with customers, management, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed
  • Willingness to remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Availability to work a 40-50 hour week, including weekends
