Position Overview:
Join our dedicated team at Sentara Healthcare as a full-time Certified Sleep Technologist for the third shift.
Work Schedule:
Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Virginia Licensure as a Polysomnographic Technologist and RPSGT Certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Additional certifications may include Board Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (BRPT) and Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) from the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM)
Role Responsibilities:
As a Certified Sleep Technologist, you will operate under the guidance of the Department Manager/Coordinator to conduct and assess overnight polysomnography testing procedures, adhering to established laboratory protocols.
