Job Overview
Enterprise Truck Rental is pleased to present an opportunity for a Full-Time Client Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
The Client Support Specialist will engage with customers through direct interactions, ensuring a seamless rental experience. Through comprehensive training and practical exposure, the Specialist will provide essential support in managing rentals, addressing customer inquiries, and offering administrative assistance.
Work Schedule
Standard hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation
The position offers an hourly wage of $20.24.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction
- Facilitate transactions by clearly explaining rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services.
- Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and provide resolutions to customer concerns.
- Conduct outgoing calls for follow-ups and account management.
Customer Engagement
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing rental needs both in-person and over the phone.
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them with directions and general inquiries.
- Assess vehicle condition upon return and process check-ins efficiently.
Fleet Management
- Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles as required.
Administrative Duties
- Support various administrative tasks including billing, accounts receivable, and report generation.
- Engage in continuous learning and training opportunities to enhance skills.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or customer service is necessary.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
- Availability to work within specified hours is essential.
Driver's License Requirement
This position mandates a valid driver's license.
D.O.T. Compliance
Applicants must meet Department of Transportation regulations, including age and medical certification requirements.
