  3. Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to guests following preparation.

  5. Participate in pre-shift meetings and tastings to enhance service quality.
  6. Maintain a well-organized workstation and complete side work duties efficiently.
  7. Handle checks and cash transactions responsibly, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  8. Adhere to established protocols for order taking, placement, and delivery.
  9. Follow recognized standards for greeting guests, cocktail service, food delivery, and overall service techniques.
  10. Employ tray service for all food and beverage offerings.
  11. Incorporate safe work practices into daily operations.
  12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; two years of serving experience and/or training preferred, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Must comply with state age regulations for alcohol service.

Additional Qualifications:

Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
