About the Role:
Accident Centers of Texas is seeking a skilled Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our pain management clinic in Dallas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver routine patient care, including reviewing medical charts and accompanying patients to their rooms.
  • Assist physicians and registered nurses in providing patient care and support.
  • Triage patients before procedures, assessing vitals, patient history, and readiness for anesthesia.
  • Start IVs for anesthesia procedures and ensure proper patient preparation.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia providers to ensure all patient care protocols are followed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including IV administration and triage details.
  • Assist with patient recovery post-anesthesia if needed.
  • Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs.
  • Interview patients and record their medical history and physical condition.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to lift and move patients.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures and ability to measure and administer medication.
