**Your Role**

As a senior physician, you will be responsible for managing the neurology department, supervising patients, and overseeing the work of subordinate staff. You will also be involved in organizational tasks, therapy monitoring, and external representation of the clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the neurology department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations
  • Supervise patients, providing medical guidance and support as needed
  • Oversee the work of subordinate staff, including nurses, therapists, and other medical professionals
  • Participate in organizational tasks, such as budgeting, resource allocation, and personnel management
  • Monitor therapy progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Represent the clinic externally, building relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in on-call duties, providing 24/7 coverage for the neurology department

**Your Profile**

We are seeking a senior physician with a strong background in neurology, leadership experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. You should have a specialist recognition in neurology, previous experience in rehabilitation, and excellent leadership qualities.
