About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Technician to join our team at Penske Truck Leasing. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs on our fleet of vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and repairing diesel engines and related systems
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Using diagnostic tools to identify and repair problems with vehicles
  • Working with supervisors to learn new skills and techniques
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in diesel repair or maintenance
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
