Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with design leaders, creative teams, and marketing collaborators to produce intelligent and visually captivating designs for a variety of projects.
  • Ensure design uniformity throughout all phases of production.
  • Manage the transition of projects from conceptual ideas to final production.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in every undertaking.
  • Convert creative visions into remarkable outputs for initiatives such as corporate events, internal communication materials, educational resources, and more.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in production design within an agency or corporate graphic design setting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the entire creative process.
  • Superior design and production skills with a strong focus on detail.
  • Proficiency in mechanical production utilizing Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Highly skilled in photo editing tools such as Sketch and Bridge.
  • Experience in executing creative design direction across multiple formats.
  • Ability to work from sketches, rough digital layouts, and verbal instructions.
  • Capability to recognize when projects may deviate from expectations and seek guidance from senior creative personnel.
  • Self-motivated individual capable of managing several projects with minimal oversight.
  • Strong collaboration skills with diverse teams, including creative, project management, events, photography, editing, and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
