About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in the Engineering Division. As a key member of our public works team, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, designing, construction, and maintenance of the City's public infrastructure and capital improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management under the supervision of the City Engineer
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with city regulations
  • Develop and implement plans for infrastructure development and maintenance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in civil engineering plan review, engineering design, or related field
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of FE Exam
  • Work experience in a municipal or public works/public utilities department
