Chenega MIOS SBU is seeking a highly skilled EPA Liaison (Interdisciplinary Engineer) to provide contractor services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of NAVFAC Marianas.

• Assist the Navy through coordination with EPA personnel with matters affecting environmental resource protection.
• Provide support for environmental inspections, design reviews, plan reviews, permit application reviews, and regulatory meeting coordination.
• Coordinate with team members to execute project scope, schedules, and budgets in conformance with the project and customer requirements related to environmental compliance.
• Perform expediter work as mutually agreed upon between the Joint Region Marianas and the EPA to directly benefit DoD priorities.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Architectural or Engineering.
• 5+ years of Design Management experience; environmental engineering experience is highly desirable.
• U.S. Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) is required.
• U.S. Professional Architecture Registration (RA) is desirable but not required.
• Must have proof of US citizenship.
• Background check required and must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
