About the Role

This is an exempt position that reports directly to the Director of Product. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining goals and creating a vision for development projects, acting as a primary liaison between stakeholders, managing backlog items, and prioritizing projects based on scope, budget, and time.

Responsibilities

2. Define product goals and create a vision for development projects aligned with business objectives.">
3. Serve as a primary liaison by communicating with stakeholders, including customers, business managers, and the development team to ensure clear goals and aligned vision.">
4. Manage backlog items and prioritize them based on overall strategy and business objectives.">
5. Map out project dependencies with the project coordinator to inform the necessary sequence of development.">
6. Prioritize projects and stakeholder needs based on scope, budget, and time.">
7. Anticipate client needs to effectively manage the development process.">
8. Oversee product development once vision, strategy, and priorities are set through planning, refinement, review, and sprint phases.">

Requirements

• ">
• A minimum of four years of related or software support experience.">
• An Associate's Degree or higher.">
• Strong troubleshooting skills.">
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
• A self-starter with ability to multi-task, manage workload, take accountability, and deliver results under competing priorities.">
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative with a positive attitude.">
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.">

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or a related field.">
• Two or more years of management experience.">
• Two or more years of project management experience.">

Estimated Salary

$75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
