Job Title: Security Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Coordinator to join our team at JBS USA in Worthington, MN.

Job Summary:

The Security Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our facility, including monitoring access control systems, signing trucks in and out, and performing other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control access to the facility, ensuring only authorized personnel are allowed to enter
  • Sign trucks in and out, maintaining accurate records
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including working with the Traffic Department to coordinate shipping dates, times, and locations
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid Class D driver's license required
Working Conditions:

The Security Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and security.
