Clinical Nurse Practitioner

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient experiences, working collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Job Duties- Provide direct patient care, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing patient needs and preferences
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, providers, and patients
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; current state professional nurse licensure and CPR/BLS certification necessary
- Minimum 1 year of IV experience; infusion experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety requirements and procedure manuals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to complete accurate dose calculations independently
