The primary finance responsibilities encompass budgeting, financial assessment, forecasting, and expense oversight, alongside daily operational management. This position offers a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a daily business partner with the Accounting and Finance teams and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
Accountable for essential deliverables such as month-end financial reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as ad-hoc financial requests.
Construct financial models, capacity planning frameworks, analyses, and presentations to support strategic initiatives.
Examine intricate financial data and reports to provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Create data-driven presentations and insightful business commentary, including conclusions, reconciliations, and recommendations for the Executive Leadership Team and the Board on a regular basis.
Utilize large and complex datasets to analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
Enhance the organization's financial decision-making process through the analysis of financial outcomes, forecasts, variances, and trends.
Drive value within the organization by improving margins, reducing costs, and enhancing operational efficiencies.
Support the integration of mergers and acquisitions.
Possess strong communication and presentation skills; experience in engaging with colleagues to present ideas and opportunities backed by data-driven insights.
Professional Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or a related finance role.
A minimum of 3 years as a Financial Analyst.
Experience with financial software and tools is highly preferred.
Proficient in managing headcount and SG&A expenses.
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related quantitative field is required.

Work Environment:
Travel requirements are primarily domestic and should not exceed 5%.

A standard work week is expected, with the understanding that additional hours may be necessary based on project demands and deadlines.

A typical business environment exists with moderate noise levels.
Ability to remain seated for extended periods is necessary.
