Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

Voca is seeking a skilled Travel CT Technologist to join our team for a 13-week contract in Akron, Ohio.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced CT Technologist to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to hospital protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a CT Technologist
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in CT scanner operation and maintenance
