Job Title: MVD Greeter

ATA Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused MVD Greeter to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to greet customers as they enter the Motor Vehicle Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and assisting with scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to customers
  • Answer questions and provide information about the Motor Vehicle Department
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and directing customers to the correct area
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
