This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of clinical programs, ensuring high-quality services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • 3-5 years of experience as a BCBA, preferably in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive business growth
