Veterinary Customer Service Ambassador
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets. Your primary duties will include welcoming and assisting clients, efficient scheduling, promoting our services, and providing outstanding customer care. You will work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for all clients.Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in veterinary, healthcare, or retail customer service is preferred. You must also be proficient in basic computer programs and have the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Additionally, you should be physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs unassisted (50 lbs with help), and work in varying noise levels.What We Offer:
