We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune, NC. As a key member of our outpatient clinic staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Provide a full range of outcome-based nurse practitioner services, including routine, acute, and chronic condition management, immunizations, and diagnostic and treatment planning.
- Technically direct and teach other staff members, provide evidenced-based educational lectures, and participate in in-service training.
- Diagnose and treat patients with common acute conditions, chronic illnesses, or minor trauma within accepted protocols and clinical practice guidelines.
- Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people to inform the healthcare team of plans and actions.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in a similar setting.
- Current, unrestricted RN license from any state.
- Certified in the specialty required by the TO as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
- Current AHA or ARC BLS Certifications.
