We're looking for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Administer comprehensive assessments to identify patients' communication strengths and weaknesses.
- Create and execute customized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive, transdisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Foster open and empathetic relationships with patients and their families, respecting their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Requirements:
A strong foundation in pediatric speech therapy is essential. We welcome applications from experienced and entry-level candidates.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary ($73,000 - $93,000 per year), flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and development. You'll also receive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid holidays, sick days, and documentation time. In addition, you'll benefit from training in bilingualism, state licensure reimbursement, and membership to online CEU platforms. A relocation allowance is available for eligible candidates.
Estimated Salary Range: $73,000 - $93,000 per year
