We are seeking a skilled Provider Relations Specialist I to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing client and/or provider inquiries via various channels, ensuring adherence to contractual and state guidelines. Your excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will enable you to effectively review previous history, consult with supervisors, and maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed. You will also be required to process mail and scan medical bills, assist with creating and maintaining provider panels, and perform additional duties as assigned. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our company. The estimated salary for this position is $19.12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients and providers via various channels
- Review and analyze data in proprietary software
- Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage mail and medical billing processes
- Assist with panel creation and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in Managed Care and Benefit Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
