Job Description

**About the Role**

Luxium Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various electronic and mechanical components to produce high-quality finished products.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Assemble and test electronic and mechanical components to produce finished products.
  • Ensure high-quality products by maintaining attention to detail and precision.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Read and interpret technical documents and drawings to understand production requirements.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Level of technical aptitude.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Attention to detail and precision.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Physical Demands**

  • While performing the duties of this job, the individual may have to lift 40 pounds unassisted.
  • Depending on the task, the individual will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
