Position Overview:
As a Nail Care Specialist, you will provide exceptional nail services including manicures and pedicures to our esteemed guests. Your role involves assessing guest needs, inquiring about any contraindications, and evaluating the condition and appearance of nails to ensure the appropriateness of the scheduled service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise guests on proper nail care and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate and promote spa and salon retail items.
- Respond to inquiries regarding general property information and amenities.
- Escort guests to and from treatment areas, ensuring their comfort throughout the service.
- Maintain a strict schedule while delivering services.
- Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness of your workstation and treatment room during your shift.
- Dispose of waste and dirty linens appropriately.
- Secure all supplies and equipment at the end of your shift.
- Maintain current licensure in your service area.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete necessary safety training.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their service needs and assisting individuals with disabilities.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests using clear and professional language.
- Foster positive working relationships with team members.
- Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations.
- Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related field.
- Supervisory Experience: Not required.

Required Qualifications:
- License or Certification: State Nail Technician License.

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $9.95 per hour, plus commission, service charge, and tips.
