We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage our dining facilities at Ladgov Corporation in Boise, Idaho. This role involves overseeing food service operations, ensuring high-quality cuisine, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in food service management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results. They must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, as well as provide health certificates issued by a licensed medical doctor prior to starting work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Inspect staff at the start of each shift for any evidence of communicable disease or other health concerns.
  • Ensure that all food handlers wear uniforms and aprons when on duty, except while serving food or operating a grill.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
