As a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph's Healthcare System, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with your scope of practice.
- Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within the St. Joseph's Healthcare System and on your assigned unit.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or closely related field preferred.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the State of New Jersey required.
- Successful completion of BLS and department-specific certifications such as PALS, ACLS, etc.
- Current clinical experience required for consideration in the area.
- Must complete testing prior to orientation for specialty areas.
- Must complete orientation within the first 90 days of employment.
- Required to work a minimum of 2 weekend shifts per 4-week time schedule and 1 summer and 1 winter Holiday.
