Job Overview

The Commercial Driver (CDL) plays a crucial role in transporting clients and/or products, either on-site or to various locations as required by business operations. The specific duties and responsibilities may differ depending on the location and client needs.

COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this position ranges from $30 to $33. This represents Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.

Class A: $33/hour
Class B: $30/hour

Key Responsibilities

- Operates a company vehicle, which may include buses, shuttle vans, or trucks
- Ensures the safe transportation of guests, employees, and/or goods
- Assists guests with inquiries regarding the property or area; may facilitate guided tours when applicable
- Maintains cleanliness, refuels, and conducts inspections on the vehicle
- Follows policies and procedures related to emergency situations, accidents, and radio communication
- Performs all duties safely by adhering to driving regulations, company safety policies, and DOT regulations
- Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues

Qualifications

- A minimum of one year of experience as a CDL driver is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
- Must hold a valid CDL
- Minimum age requirement of 23 years
- No driving privilege suspensions for moving violations in the last three years
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
