Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Summerwood Master. As a Shift Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality
    • Maintain fast, accurate service and ensure products meet company quality standards.
    • Conduct regular food safety audits to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to crew members on customer service, product quality, and speed of service.
  • Financial
    • Assist with cash procedures, including bank deposits, making change, and verifying drawers.
  • Operations
    • Conduct daily inventory and complete shift-to-shift food safety audits.
    • Set up daily control sheets and review facility and equipment readiness.
    • Monitor inventory, food preparation, and order fulfillment to ensure adherence to company standards.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks to achieve speed with service (SWS) goals.
    • In the absence of management, responsible for food and supplies deliveries and restaurant opening and closing.
  • Human Resources
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to crew members.
    • Provide hands-on training for crew members in our Learning Zone.

To be successful as a Shift Leader at Summerwood Master, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
